After the race at Brands Hatch, I have had plenty of time at home in Denmark but as always time slips away like sand beetween your fingers.

Craig Jones – well what can I say? One of many different characters rising from the scene of young British racing talent. From the day I met Craig back in 1999 he was an individual with a cocky swagger and massive self-confidence. He had the strongest heart, which any racer would love to have. And he was always right and even if he wasn’t he would still stand by what he said!

Back home in Copenhagen after a great race in Misano, where the team and I found some feelings and feedback in the bike that looks good for the upcoming races. In the time up to Brno (CZ) this week we haven’t been out testing, so I have used the time to take care of my physical training, spending time with my friends and family, going to concerts, and cruising around in my old Mustang.

Thanks for coming back to check my blog. Sorry it’s been a while since I last updated you, it’s just that there's not a lot that’s been going on in my world! Just drinking goat’s milk, filling myself with healing power (that's pills) and doing everything I can do to get back riding.

Well, I just don't know were to start. I am sitting here in hospital with the lap top, facing an old man who's talking to himself, and I'm sure the old boy in the corner is dead. But that's hospital life I suppose. I managed to send my mum out to find a USB dongle, which will allow me to get online, and keep everyone up to date with my progress.

Well it's been around six and a half months since I last rode a bike, and today I managed to get myself fit, and get my leg back to the strength it needs to be to ride.
